Automation Rules now support email notifications as an action, so the right people are alerted the moment scheduled content changes need their attention — no manual follow-up required.
When a trigger fires, the rule sends a personalized message to the users or groups you choose, with a direct link to the relevant filtered content. Recipients land exactly where they need to be, ready to act, rather than hunting through folders to find what changed.
Access controls are built in. Notifications only reach users who have permission to view the content, so admins can set up rules with confidence and recipients never hit a dead end.
Access and availability
Note: Available as an action within Automation Rules, for rules using a Scheduler Trigger. Notification recipients are limited to licensed Showpad users; recipients must be an admin or promoted member of the division associated with the rule to receive the email.
