Basic filters expanded for parity with advanced filters
Filtering content in Showpad just got more powerful — without adding complexity. For admins and content managers who need to quickly locate, audit, or share content based on date criteria, this update removes unnecessary friction and keeps workflows moving.
Date filters are now available directly in the basic filter bar, so users can filter content by created, updated, released, and expiry dates using single date, date range, or relative date options, without needing to switch to a more advanced filtering experience. Filtered views are preserved in the URL, making it easy to share or return to a specific filtered state.
Shareable filtered views via URL
Collaboration on content just got simpler. This update makes it faster for Admins to align on content, troubleshoot issues, and move work forward together.
- Admins can now copy and share URLs from any filtered view in the Admin Files page, and the recipient lands on the exact same filtered results — with the correct filter mode automatically restored.
- The shared link preserves these filters, eliminating the need to manually recreate filter criteria and reducing back-and-forth when teams need to work from the same content set.
