Showpad | October 2026 | Pages & Homepages: Draft & Publishing Workflow

What it is

Admins can't safely update high-traffic Pages without risking that sellers see half-built content during active selling hours. No staging environment exists – any saved edit is immediately live to every seller using that Page. Admins working on complex multi-section updates can't save progress without publishing prematurely.

 

What's new

  • Save in-progress Page edits as a draft without touching what sellers see – work is preserved, the live version is protected.
  • See clear draft and "Unpublished changes" labels in both the builder and the library at a glance.
  • Filter the full Pages library to surface every Page with a pending draft, so nothing is left in limbo.

 

What this means for you

Admins cut the risk of live content errors during updates, increasing content governance confidence and reducing reactive fixes after sellers encounter broken Pages..

      Hi Katrin,


      I have feedback for the product management team on Showpad pages:
      It would be helpful to have a possibility to select multible pages and publish multible language variants at once.
      Right now it is neccessary to publish the pimary language first and then every language variant step by step. That is very time consuming.
      A filter on the pages dashboard für “Published” and “Unpublished changes” would also be helpful.
