Showpad admins can now access governed Genie Assistant usage reporting directly inside Showpad Admin — no exports, no manual data pulls, no switching between tools. The Genie Dashboard delivers a single embedded view of how the organization is using Genie Assistant, covering activity, users, agents, feedback, interactions, opened content, DSR activity, and referenced content, all sourced from curated, validated data models rather than ad hoc extracts.

 

For admins who have deployed Genie Assistant and need to understand adoption, assess which agents are performing, and report confidently to leadership on how AI is driving value across the revenue organization, this gives them the governed, reliable foundation to do it — with the confidence that the numbers they're looking at are accurate and consistent every time.
