This month's office hour was on the built-in AI features you might already have in your account but aren't taking full advantage of, with Lydia Hicks and Katrin Kirchmann.

Admin efficiency.

Helping admins keep a growing library tidy. Filename compliance checks names against best practices or your own naming convention, and the platform can suggest descriptions and keywords based on what's in the file itself.

Seller effectiveness.

Support for sellers in the flow of work. Pitch AI gives immediate feedback on recorded pitches, so sellers can refine their delivery without waiting for a manager. Message Composer helps sellers draft emails and Shared Space invitations, applying the brand tone-of-voice guidelines your admins set.

Content accessibility.

Helping sellers find and use the right content faster. Search AI answers natural-language questions directly from your library, and asset FAQs generate question-and-answer pairs from your content.

Analytics and governance.

Analytics AI answers questions about your account data in plain language, and the results can feed custom dashboards. Library AI surfaces the content that needs attention, such as duplicates, unused files, and assets about to expire.
