More control over how your content sounds.The pronunciation dictionary has been updated with a few improvements that make it easier to manage at scale.The dictionary is now case-insensitive, so you no longer need to add separate entries for the same term in different cases. Authoring AI also now supports aliases across all languages, with phoneme support available in English. For Roleplay AI specifically, aliases are the only pronunciation method supported — and they work from the transcript, so for best results, enter terms phonetically to match how your Roleplay partner will read them.

Keep content creation on the right track.Admins can now prevent accidental or ad-hoc activity creation by hiding the Create Activity button on Coaching pages. A new setting in Administration — "Disable creating Coaching and Roleplay activities (only use courses)" — ensures content creators follow the correct course-building path, saving time that would otherwise be spent recreating scenarios built outside of it.

A more localized experience for Dutch-speaking users.Dutch Roleplay options have been expanded from a single setting to two distinct regional variations: Dutch (Netherlands) and Dutch (Belgium). Users can now select the version that matches their market for a more accurate, natural-sounding experience.

Create content faster — no more waiting between slides.Narrating a slide deck used to mean pausing after each slide while your audio or video upload processed. That wait is gone.
